I have a wish.
It's a simple wish.
It involves a little girl and an amazing family who love her dearly.
I will know on Tuesday if my wish for them comes true or not.
My prayers are with you Toad.

Well, I don't know what this personal wish of yours is about.
But a wish is a wish......and dang it, wishes deserve to come true.

My wish was put on hold until Friday, my birthday. I had a 50/50 chance that I would have an awesome birthday wish/present.
Unfortunately, sometimes wishes don't come true. And sometimes, no matter how hard you pray, the answer is no, even if no means some hearts will be broken.
Though my heart is breaking, I know 2 hearts that are hurting much more than my own. All I can do is offer my love and support to them. Sometimes laws get in the way of common sense. This seems to be what has happened today. I wish I could give you a huge hug right now Toad. You are still in my prayers.
Hope you have a better birthday next year! I'll bring you some Cafe Rio! And I'll try not to poke you in the eye like I did this year.
