My son who is a senior has given up soda (again) for the tennis team. My missionary's goal is to finish out his mission strongly. Crash is sharing the lurve with all her friends and Kelly Pickler. Shelle says she going to clean before she blogs. Nutty Hamster Chick accomplished her goal!!! WOW!! 366 posts in one year!!! I am not worthy to be your friend!!! Heidi has a goal too, I think. I believe it has something to do with a dog and her desire to own a BB gun. Kazzy seems to have a metaphor for her goal (plus her musical Mondays are AMAZING)! And then there is me. I don't do New Year's Resolutions. They end up being broken in the end. I am a procrastinator at heart.
I have managed to procrastinate something major that I should have done 4 months ago. I don't know how I got away with it, but I did. But, there's no procrastinating it now. Darn it! So the countdown begins, 2 weeks.

I don't like formal resolutions either. My "goal" this year is to not bottle things up. Get my feelings out, even if they aren't shiny and nice. Take care of things nice and early. But losing weight, brushing three times a day, never having more than one basket of dirty laundry at a time? Come on! I would hate myself already. And thanks for the blog shout out! I am glad I found you here on blogger. woohoo!!!!!
Hey, thanks for the shout out! I actually wrote down goals for the first time in a long time. We'll see how it goes. If I fail, I'm not confessing, though!
dum, dum, dummmmmm!!!!!! I can't believe it is count down time already! You better be careful and steer clear of Broc while you are "radio active"- You don't want to loose your chances of having grandchildren! (or "normal" grandchildren anyway) HEHEHEHEHEHE!!!!!
P.S. My New Years goal is to look SMOKIN in a bikini by summer!!! Ooooo look out WCCC!!!! The fat lady is slimmin down! (HA! Believe it when you see it!) wishful thinking!
Procrastinator is my middle name. One more reasons we are kindred spirits. Maybe we could be kindred sprites and go around causing mischief, what do you think. Good luck with the count down.
Mischief is my middle name!! So, done deal!! What trouble can we get ourselves into??? I'm game!
You know.. I was a big procrastinator too... ( I still am with some things.. but for the most part I just "jump into" projects..)
BUT- in High School my mom would ask, "why do you always procrastinate??" and I said, "sometimes it's a good thing! Like I always procrastinate taking my first sip of beer at parties...I say, um.. not tonight.. (i've never had a sip of beer.)
So just think about all the BAD things you procrastinate doing too.. and it'll make you feel better!
Wow swirl way to put a good spin on things. Its all about marketing isn't it. Thanks for the perspective.
WOW!!! I love that way of looking at it Swirl! That's what I love about meeting new people, they usually have a different way of looking at things than I do! I just love learning from others!!!
